Flo’s Garden Care Ltd values customer satisfaction and strives to provide high-quality gardening services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Cancellations & Refunds
1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
❌ If a customer cancels 48 hours or more before the scheduled service, a full refund will be issued.
❌ If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the appointment, a partial refund may be considered, minus administrative costs.
1.2 Service Delays or Adjustments
✅ If Flo’s Garden Care Ltd must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be notified promptly, and an alternative date will be arranged.
✅ If the delay significantly impacts the service, the customer may request a partial refund or service adjustment.
2. Refunds for Completed Services
Refunds are not issued for completed services except in the following circumstances:
✅ Service not delivered as described – If work completed does not align with the agreed-upon service details, customers may request a refund or correction.
✅ Quality concerns – If a complaint is raised within 48 hours of service completion, Flo’s Garden Care Ltd will assess the issue and determine if a refund or free corrective service is necessary.
✅ Billing errors – If an incorrect charge is processed, a refund for the excess amount will be issued.
3. Refund Processing
💳 Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
💷 Customers requesting a refund must provide proof of payment and describe their concern in writing via email at flosgardenservice@gmail.com.
4. Exceptions
❌ No refunds are issued for completed services if the issue results from customer negligence, hidden obstructions, or pre-existing damage.
❌ Custom or one-time special requests (e.g., bespoke landscaping projects) may have different refund conditions, as outlined in the agreements made at the time of booking.
