2. Services Offered
Flo’s Garden Care Ltd provides professional gardening services, including but not limited to:
🌿 Lawn care, mowing, and strimming
🌳 Hedge trimming and pruning
🧹 Patio and driveway jet washing
🗑 Garden waste removal and disposal
🌼 Planting and landscaping
All services are performed with professionalism, quality, and adherence to UK regulations.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
3.1 Booking a Service

✅ Scheduling is subject to availability.
✅ We provide service estimates based on scope and location.
3.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling
❌ Customers must cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
❌ Cancellations made within 48 hours or less may incur a fee.
✅ Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Payments & Pricing
4.1 Payment Terms
💳 Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
💷 Accepted payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, or card payment.
🧾 Invoices will be provided for all services.
4.2 Refunds
💰 Refunds may be issued in cases of service errors or cancellations made before the 48-hour deadline.
❌ No refunds for completed services unless a complaint is raised within 48 hours post-service.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

✅ Ensure safe and accessible working conditions.
✅ Notify of any hazards or special requirements before service.
Flo’s Garden Care Ltd is not responsible for any damage caused due to pre-existing issues, hidden obstructions, or failure to disclose relevant details.
6. Liability & Insurance
🚧 We take safety precautions, but we are not liable for accidents that occur due to unsafe customer conditions or actions.
📜 Flo’s Garden Care Ltd holds appropriate insurance coverage for gardening services.
❌ We do not accept liability for third-party damage unrelated to our work.
7. Waste Disposal & Environmental Responsibility
♻ Garden waste is disposed of in accordance with UK environmental regulations.
